ANDREA BRICCA

Andrea Bricca serves as a Managing Director with the Los Angeles office of Major, Lindsey & Africa and splits her time between LA and Las Vegas, NV. Andrea first joined the firm in 2001 and returned in 2007 after spending two years as a business owner in Southern Nevada.

Since beginning her legal recruiting career in 1998, she has successfully placed attorneys in law firms and corporations. She currently specializes in in-house placement, including General Counsel positions. Andrea led General Counsel searches for Advanced Bionics and James Hardie Industries among others. She has a strong record of matching lawyers at all levels of experience and areas of expertise with top law firms, as well as with smaller regional firms and boutiques. Her in-house placements have been with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100.

Prior to becoming a legal search consultant, Andrea spent 11 years with AlliedSignal, Inc., where she developed legal and business expertise as manager of ethics and business conduct in the company's Los Angeles aerospace division, and in congressional relations and marketing at AlliedSignal's government relations office in Washington, D.C. She also worked extensively with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Andrea frequently spoke on ethics in the workplace.
