Kitty Hearst is an executive with over 20 years of business and nonprofit management experience, as well as being successful in developing and managing growing organizations both in the private sector and Government agencies.

Kitty has been instrumental in the development and success of many businesses throughout her career. One such business is "Contractors Choice", a California based company with two divisions; construction management and grants divisions. "Contractors Choice", established in March 1982 and currently registered with Dunn & Bradstreet and is a certified small business.

"Contractors Choice" offers an extensive platform of services for profit and nonprofit organization within the community. The services provided include grant writing; grant administration; review and consultation. Average grant awards from applications range from 60 to 80% depending on the industry and type of grants. We are able to provide additional services such as feasibility studies, business plan creation, business analysis, and time management through our association with Gary Carriger and his company "Time Path", thus having the ability to service all the client business needs. Contractors Choice has additional affiliations with various professional groups throughout Nevada and other agencies throughout the country.

Kitty received a bachelor’s degree from University of California Davis (BSEE), holds certification as a Microsoft Systems Engineer and trainer. Added to the list is a California Post Secondary Degree in Computer Science, Dance & Homemaking.

In addition, Kitty is the founder and owner of a Non-profit (501C) organization, which provided entertainment for National TV and various performances. Having the passion for this organization she wrote, managed and obtain federal and foundation grants for this performance group, of which a large corporation maintained a continued funding throughout the last 5 years.
