One of the newest family-owned local dining destinations in review is Chef's Palete; first off, the location is fabulous and very accessible. The history of this extremely eloquent fine dining establishment is extensive. Chef Rex George has been preparing dishes of the very highest quality for over 20 years in addition to designing and creating his own personal recipes, which has served to carve out a well respected name for him in the culinary world. The plating and presentation of his meals is virtually unsurpassed. The finished portraits of these meals or "works of art" are carefully placed throughout this creatively designed and comfortable environment. With every fine meal comes the opportunity to experience truly unique libations. They have worked with World Champion Master Mixologist Anthony Alba from Liquidity Global LLC to create a new concept for the beverage component. Chef's Palete features a drink menu designed to match the food and atmosphere. Perfectly poured beers, a creative wine list, and custom cocktails are just a few. Other examples are spirits that are macerated, blended, bottled and labeled on site - and even dipped in wax!

The staff has been handpicked by Kristy George, the visionary behind Chef's Palete, whom herself has been living food and beverage for over 15 years. Collectively they have decades of experience and each has contributed to the culinary, service and cocktail culture here in Las Vegas. Chef's Palete brings a refreshing touch of personalized service and a welcomed new concept to the 89052 area.

Chef's Palete is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 4pm to 11pm. Afternoons and Mondays are reserved for private events and can accommodate up to 95 people.
