My husband and I purchased CSI Services a year ago though the company has been serving the Las Vegas valley since 2006. Occasionally we've been confused with the popular crime show "CSI" and requested to clean up a murder scene! Though that type of cleaning is very lucrative, we stick to the normal crimes that lurk in your home on an everyday basis.

At CSI we perform every type of service required in a home to keep it running more efficiently and looking great. We use state of the art equipment and only send experienced technicians to your homes. We are an IICRC certified company which means we belong to a registry that regulates, educates, and monitors the ethics and standards in the cleaning and restoration industry. Our technicians must attend week long classes and pass a 100 question test with an 80% score or higher and then continue their education to maintain certification. In addition we are Air Care Certified, a compliance depot and GLVAR approved vendor, members of the Chamber of Commerce and Licensed and Insured.

David and I have two incredible children. Zachary is a Freshman at UNR studying International Business. He is a genuine football fanatic who whole-heartedly believes that the NFL is poised to go International. Zachary has figured by the time he gets his MBA he will be the man to negotiate the deal. His father and I just hope he graduates! Our 16 year old daughter, Zoie is a Junior attending Coronado High School. She's an amazing artist and story teller and dreams of studying in Ireland. We've owned several wonderful dogs but are currently hosting our son's 5 year old Shepherd, Lucy and my husband's nemesis: a 15 1/2 year old adopted cat named Smudge. We should have bought a cleaning company years ago. I used to have my carpet cleaner on speed dial!

Amid play dates, homework, religious school, house work, working part time and pursuing my degree in Sociology/Criminology, I've been an avid volunteer in my community. In the past 18 years I've volunteered with the Humane Society, various homeless shelters, Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center, the El Paso County DA's office first as a Victim's Advocate receiving first intakes from battered spouses and then walking them through the court system, and then as a court appointed School Counts Coordinator with at-risk teens. The most rewarding however, was my time as a hospice pet therapy volunteer. My red-sable German Shepherd, Cooper and I would visit hospice patients and their families. His gentle spirit and beautiful stature provided patients and their loved ones a brief respite from their pain and sadness. An experience where I received much more than I ever gave. I am proud to say that since owning CSI Services we have already partnered up with nonprofit organizations such as Shade Tree, the Lili Claire Foundation and will be a part of Betty Honn's Animal Adoptions, Ltd fundraisers in the near future.

Though my husband and I have owned and operated several successful businesses relying on sales, I don't believe in the action of "sales." Instead I see myself as a problem solver. My goal is to fully understand a customer's problems, needs, and wants and then provide a solution. At CSI Services we are all about solutions. We are all about people. The explanation of service may always be the same, but everyone we talk to is unique therefore every job we perform is different.
