Our story

High Flyin' Entertianment started in Chicago in 1986, and has been a family operated business ever since. Starting out as a simple party DJ, High Flyin' grew to a serious mobile DJ business in the Chicago area catering mainly to weddings and corporate events. On a leap of faith the company moved operations to Las Vegas in 2004 and has continued to grow. Today, High Flyin' has evolved into a full-fledged entertainment company providing mobile DJ and interactive MC services, video booths, photo booths and live bands.

What sets High Flyin' apart?

  1. With the majority of our business coming from referrals, we make it a point to treat each of our customers with care and respect. One way we do this is with our Fair Price Guarantee. All of our entertainment packages are delivered at a consistent, no-haggle price. Each of our customers can rest assured that the price they are quoted will be the same across the board.
  2. High Flyin' Entertainment specializes in crowd interactivity to get the party started and keeping the dance floor packed all night. By taking a "safety-in-numbers" approach to crowd participation, we make sure that none of your guests feels singled out while leading them in the latest dances and games.
  3. High Flyin' also takes great pride in bringing some of the latest wedding trends to Las Vegas. Our Video Guestbook is the first of it's kind where guests can leave recorded messages which we then edit and give to you on a DVD. Our DJ FX Booth is another first here in Vegas. With LED lit panels, we can customize it to match the color theme of your event. Stay tuned for our "deconstructed" photo booth, which should be making it's debut later this year.
  4. We are tri-lingual! Should you need a spanish speaking MC for a quinceanera or a tagalog speaking MC for a debut, High Flyin' can accommodate your needs.
What kind of events are our specialty?

High Flyin' has literally done it all. From bar mitzvahs and quinceaneras to birthday and corporate parties, we have the expertise to make any event a success. However, High Flyin' takes special pride in providing entertainment for weddings. Having done thousands of weddings, we really enjoy being a part of such a special moment between a couple and the honor of being chosen to make their event a memorable one.

How involved is High Flyin' in planning an event?

It all starts with the initial DJ consultation. At your first meeting with the DJ that will be handling your event, our DJ will try and get to know you and get a feel for your expectations of the event. You will be given the new client packet that includes a list of favorite songs, a list of your bridal party and most importantly a don't play list. If your event is at a venue High Flyin' has never been to before, we will typically do an onsite consultation sometime before just to make sure we are properly prepared. Although we don't require it, we encourage you to keep in contact with us about your timeline and music selections. Having been in the business for over 20 years, we know what it takes to get the crowd moving so we encourage you to use our expertise.

How do you dress for an event?
Typically our DJ's and MC's wear a formal black tuxedo unless instructed otherwise by the client.

What kind of equipment do you use?
We use only professional grade equipment. Mac, Pioneer, Serato, Behringer, Shure, Rane, Numark, Mackie, Peavey and Crown are some of the brands we use.

Do you provide a referral list?
Absolutely! Upon request, High Flyin' would be happy to provide you with a list of our customers more than happy to talk about their experience with us.

Do you really guarantee to pack the dance floor?
We have so much confidence in our MC's abilities that provided you book our Premier package that features our Interactive MC, High Flyin' does guarantee to pack the dance floor during the interactive portion of the event or your money back.
