Membership to SRLV is restricted to adults 21 years and older. You certify that you are 21 years or older and your decision to become a member of an SRLV club is entirely voluntary. By joining SRLV, you understand that your personal details will be stored on the SRLV central database. You agree that all information provided by you during this registration process is complete and truthful.
Members may upgrade to a higher level membership at any time but will be subject to the membership rates in place at the time of the upgrade.
SRLV memberships are held in the designated Main Contact's name, unless agreed to otherwise, in writing. Only SRLV Platinum Memberships are fully transferable.
Changes to a membership or membership profile can only be made by the membership's designated Main Contact or, in the case of a corporate or business membership, the designated Membership Administrator.
For a membership to remain active, Main Contacts with lifetime memberships are required to pay a yearly Maintenance Fee. The Maintenance Fee covers such costs as: new member set up and maintenance, business directory set up and maintenance, members mailing services, and maintenance of Members Only section of web site. The Maintenance Fee is subject to change at the discretion of SRLV based upon inflation and the increase of costs related to maintaining membership benefits.
As a member of the SRLV club, you understand that the business information you provide in this profile may be published periodically. SRLV is not responsible for publication errors. No personal information of any SRLV members will be provided to any third parties, and SRLV will take reasonable steps to avoid the intentional disclosure of any SRLV member's personal information, except by consent of such members, or where deemed necessary to comply with legal requirements, requests by law enforcement agencies or other such legal requirements to do so. It is the responsibility of each SRLV member to provide timely updates, in writing, to SRLV in the event that his/her mailing address, telephone numbers, fax numbers, marital status or other pertinent data should change after submission of this initial profile.
No member shall repeatedly introduce the same person as a guest who is eligible for membership in an SRLV club. Events may be either hosted or unhosted and no guarantees as to such are provided by SRLV. SRLV goes to great lengths to ensure that all vendors contracted for a club events provide the highest level of quality and service for SRLV members and their guests; however, no warranties of this are made, either expressly or implied. In each SRLV invitation, a participation fee (if applicable) will be set forth. This fee must be paid in advance to SRLV via Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card in order for SRLV members and their invited guests to attend the event. Also stated in the invitation text for each event are the specific amenities that are included in the payment of the event participation fee. SRLV Members and their guests are responsible for payment of any additional charges incurred at club events. SRLV Members who have made reservations for themselves and/or their guests to attend an SRLV event, must give at least 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid being responsible for payment of the applicable event participation fee(s) for each reservation that was not canceled within the 48 hour cancellation deadline. In planning club events, SRLV goes to great lengths to select dates with minimal conflicts; however, occasionally an unforeseen event may arise that could result in SRLV having to reschedule or cancel an event. When this occurs, SRLV will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the event participation fee(s), if applicable. Members acknowledge that they participate in events conducted or promoted by SRLV entirely at their own risk. As such, you agree to indemnify and hold SRLV, its parents, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors, and assigns harmless from any liability arising out of participation of these events. Members are encouraged to nominate their friends and associates as candidates for membership in SRLV.
Any member, or guest of a member, whose conduct shall be deemed by SRLV to be improper or likely to endanger the safety, welfare, good reputation or harmony of the clubs and or members, may be reprimanded or expelled from SRLV by action of the Executive Board of SRLV. SRLV shall be the sole judge of what constitutes improper conduct and reserves the right to terminate any member who does not conduct themselves in an acceptable manner without prior notice and without membership fees being redeemable.

Membership dues investment is non-refundable.
